I live on an island but I’ve lucked out with a terrific network of British car enthusiasts and shops in Maine.
I live on an island off the coast of Maine, but I have a good knowledge of specialists on the mainland. I can provide contact information and will help anyone who ventures out to the island.
I have a garage with a lift and MANY tools. I have restored many TR's including engine rebuilds, wiring/electrical, suspension and brakes. I am most familiar with the Triumph TR2-4 series, but can assist with almost any Triumph. I usually have a stock of spares, but Moss Motors is 1-2 days shipping away, and if their showroom in open, only an hours drive.
1954 TR2, 1958 Triumph 10 Estate, 1960 TR3A, 1961 TR4, 1965 Triumph 2000 Saloon, 1971 GT6
I guess I specialize in TR7 and TR8 but I know lots of people in the area who have other Triumph models and can help.
General mechanical knowledge of British Sportscars, lift, trailer, most hand tools, some spares kept on hand
